Believe it or not, this is still the most common question we get.
There's no need to pay us back! The money we provide you is not a loan, and there are never hidden fees or costs. We benefit by building an exceptional platform on which our elite agents are able to better assist homeowners coast to coast.
Where does your money come from?
In the last year, realtors spent over $750 million on advertisements. Since we are providing them with homeowners, they are able to significantly reduce their marketing expense and in turn, provide us commission on the sale.

What if I decide to not sell my home?
That’s okay, you never have to sell your home. We help connect homeowners with top real estate agents when they are ready to sell. Many people signing up with us have no plans to sell. The money is yours to keep.
Do we ever force people to sell homes?
No, this is your homeowner journey, we’ve got your back but you steer the ship. If you don’t want to sell, no worries. We can never and will never force you to sell your home.

How does your referral program work?
After you've joined the HomeOptions platform you are greeted with a welcome email that contains your referral code. You will get $200 for each person you refer to HomeOptions who gets signed up!! Your friend also gets an extra $100 on top of their offer as well! Feel free to contact us if you've lost track of your code and we will generate a new one on the spot.
My referral has signed up, now what?
We keep track of everyone who signs up using your code. Once your referral has completed the sign up process we will automatically payout your referral alongside their incentive payment.Your referral payment will arrive in the same account that received your incentive unless otherwise advised.
I didn't get my payment, what should I do?
We typically disperse funds within 3 business days from signing with the exception of special circumstances which would be explained clearly during the sign up process. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I update my personal information?

Can I use my own agent?
Absolutely you can! All you have to do is connect us with your preferred agent, and we will offer a temporary contract to your agent, so they can join our network for your deal. Of course, we cannot guarantee the quality and performance of the agent because they aren’t a part of our full-time network. However, we fully understand and respect your choices in such an important matter.
